Marrakech to Casablanca 10 Days Morocco Tour

Day 1 : Arrival to Marrakech

The moment you arrive at the airport marks the start of your incredible 10 Days Morocco Tour Marrakech to Casablanca. You will be met by your lovely driver from Top Holidays Morocco, who will take you to a gorgeous Riad in the old city. You can check your bags and head straight to the iconic Jemaa el-Fna square. Day 2 : Guided tour of Marrakech

On the second day, a local guide will take you through the best palaces. You will visit the Bahia Palace and old Saadian Tombs to observe how kings used to live. Then we stroll to Koutoubia Mosque and the tranquil Majorelle Garden. The garden contains vivid blue buildings and exotic plants from the world over. Day 3 : Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Day 3 begins with crossing the majestic High Atlas Mountains. We ascend to the Tizi N’Tichka pass, with a view of the whole world below you. Then we will visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou; an ancient mud village. This is a true highlight of all our Morocco Holidays tours. Inside these orange walls were filmed many great movies such as Gladiator. Then we resume our tour towards Ouarzazate, the African Hollywood. You rest in a cozy hotel in the Dades Valley.

Day 4 : Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga (Camel ride & luxury desert camp)

Day four takes us through the stunning Valley of Roses. You will see green gardens and smell the sweet flowers used for making perfumes. After that, we go to the Todra Gorges to notice the massive red cliffs. Then we finally arrive in the Sahara desert at Merzouga! You will hop on a friendly camel for a slow, enjoyable ride into the dunes. During your Morocco desert trip, you will see the sunset paint the sand in golden hues. Tonight, you sleep in a luxury campsite on a soft bed.

Day 5 : Merzouga Desert Excursion

You will need to wake up very early to watch the sunrise. The sand transitions from purple to orange in the blink of an eye. With a proper breakfast out of the way, we drive through the desert in a 4×4 car. This Morocco Desert Tour offers you an insight into the reality of nomadic families. We also head to Khamlia village to hear locals play traditional drums. We camp another night close to the dunes for you to experience this silent desert tranquillity.

Day 6 : Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

Leaving the desert behind, we drive north through the Ziz Valley, planted with millions of palm trees. Then we cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and take a tour of the cedar forest in Azrou. Most visitors will find many wild monkeys playing in trees. We also pause in Ifrane, a town that resembles Switzerland due to its snow-draped roofs. Then we come to Fes, one of the oldest cities in the world.

Day 7 : Guided tour of Fes

Initially, you will see the medieval Medina, the oldest university in the world, and well-known leather tanneries. Next, we arrive at the Royal Palace’s stunning gates. This is an entirely cultural day on your holidays. You’ll also visit pottery workshops where colorful tiles are made by artists. This is a perfect time to buy unique gifts. We chill and eat more tasty Moroccan food for dinner.

Day 8 : Fes – Volubilis – Meknes – Chefchaouen

On day eight, we depart from Fes to explore ancient Roman ruins. We visit Volubilis, where stone floors thousands of years old can still be seen. Next, we drive to Meknes to explore the enormous Bab Mansour gate. Last but not least, we go to the well-known Blue City of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains. Every house and every street is painted in stunning shades of blue. It is a top destination for great pictures.

Day 9 : Chefchaouen – Tetouan – Tangier

We visit Tetouan and stroll along its spotless streets to gaze at the ancient structures. This is followed by a drive to Tangier, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. You can take a tour of the Kasbah of Tangier and gaze over the water at Spain. As this is almost the last day, we experience dinner with a sea view and enjoy the cool wind and sound of waves.

Day 10 : Tangier – Casablanca – Visit Hassan II Mosque – Departure

We head to the big city on the last day. We drive down the coast to Casablanca to visit the giant Hassan II Mosque. It’s perched on the edge of the ocean and is one of the largest in the world. Our driver then takes you to the Casablanca airport or your hotel. Your tour ends here, but you leave with great stories to share!
