Day 1 : Arrival in Marrakech

Your perfect 15 Days Tour from Marrakech begins upon arrival at the airport. A smiling driver will await you and head off to your Riad. After dropping off your bags, you can explore the colorful markets. At night, head to the big square to watch magicians and musicians. Enjoy views of the Koutoubia Mosque while feasting on a rooftop dinner.

Day 2 : Private Guided Tour of Marrakech

A local guide takes you to see the most stunning palaces, including the Bahia Palace and the old Saadian Tombs. Meander through the tranquil Majorelle Garden, a hidden oasis in the city. We also stop at Ben Youssef Madrasa to marvel at the tile work. We finish the day with fresh orange juice in the square.

Day 3 : Marrakech to Essaouira (Atlantic Coast)

We drive toward the blue Atlantic Ocean to Essaouira, famous for its blue and white walls. This is an excellent stop for a Morocco family holiday as the shoreline is large and safe. You can stroll along the old stone walls and taste fresh grilled fish at the port. Tonight, you sleep close to the ocean waves.

Day 4 : Free Day in Essaouira

This is a free day to do as you like. Take a long walk along the beach or experience an exciting horse ride on the sand. This is a great time to recover before hitting the desert. You can sample delicious ice cream and navigate the secret corners of the old town.

Day 5 : Essaouira – Agadir – Taroudant

We head south to the modern city of Agadir. You’ll notice long beaches and palm trees along the sunny road. We pause for the view from the old hill, then head inland to Taroudant, the “Little Marrakech.” You can explore the city walls in a horse carriage and visit local fruit markets.

Day 6 : Taroudant – Taliouine – Ait Ben Haddou

We drive toward the mountains to Taliouine, where costly saffron grows. Then we visit the celebrated village of Ait Ben Haddou. You will learn how people built huge houses with only mud and straw. This village has been the set of many movies like The Mummy. We stay in a traditional guesthouse across from the ancient castle.

Day 7 : Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Visit the movie studios in Ouarzazate to see sets that resemble ancient Egypt or Rome. We then drive the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” to reach the green Dades Valley. You will spot the “monkey fingers” rock formations on the mountain side. Tonight, you sleep in a hotel nestled into the side of the valley.

Day 8 : Dades – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert

Hike in the Todra Gorges where enormous orange walls tower over a chilly river. Eventually, we arrive at the edge of the Sahara in Merzouga. Meet a friendly camel and set off for a ride into the dunes to watch the sunset. You’ll eat a hearty dinner and sleep in a luxury desert camp.

Day 9 : 4×4 Desert Excursion & Nomad Experience

Wake up early for the golden sunrise. After breakfast, we use a 4×4 to explore the dunes and meet nomads. This is your chance to see how people find water and live in tents. We also visit Khamlia village to hear the joyous drum songs of the Gnawa people.

Day 10 : Merzouga to Fes via Ziz Valley, Azrou & Ifrane

We depart the sand and head north through the Ziz Valley, home to millions of palm trees. We cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop at the cedar forest to see wild Barbary monkeys. We also halt in Ifrane, a town that looks like the snowy Alps, before reaching Fes for the night.

Day 11 : Private Guided Tour of Fes

A local guide walks you through the thousands of narrow streets of the Fes Medina. You will visit the world’s first university and the colorful leather tanneries. The Medina is packed with hidden gardens and lovely fountains. We enjoy a sit-down dinner with local music in a grand palace.

Day 12 : Fes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

Depart Fes to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, featuring 2,000-year-old columns. Then we drive through green hills toward the famous “Blue City,” Chefchaouen. This town is a dream for any holiday, with quiet streets and a calm atmosphere. We stay in a traditional blue house.

Day 13 : Free Day in Chefchaouen

Another free day to enjoy the peace. You can walk up to the Spanish Mosque for a view of the whole blue city or simply enjoy mint tea in the main square. The local shops sell lovely wool blankets and goat cheese. Enjoy the cool mountain air and a meal under the stars.

Day 14 : Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca

We head to the coast to visit Rabat, the capital. You can view the King’s palace and the antique tower by the river. Then we head to Casablanca to see the giant Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world. On the last night, we stay at a fancy hotel by the ocean.

Day 15 : Departure from Casablanca

After a final breakfast, pack your souvenirs and memories. Our driver will transfer you to the Casablanca airport. The journey is over, but the friendship remains. We hope you enjoyed every stop along the way. Safe journey home!
